Not true to size
Found this site on Instagram and thought the dresses were lovely. So I ordered a formal dress for an upcoming wedding event. I ordered their size XL/14 as I’m a size 12-14, I thought it would be safe to order an XL/14. The dress arrived quickly after 4 days (I had to add extra for DHL express). The dress had nice fabric and was well made. But to my disappointment, the dress was too tight and sleeves were too small in the arms. Certainly not a standard size 14 as I never had problems with any dress sizes, considering I can even fit into size 12 sometimes. Since I have to pay for the return to China, on top of the extra Aud $14 express shipping I paid, and the many terrible experiences and reviews here about Metisu not receiving the returned item, I guess I will end up keeping an expensive dress ($97) that I couldn’t wear. I had to buy another dress somewhere else where the size is right. What a waste of time and money! Never again.
