No delivery but full refund received
Edited 16.04.2018. I found this company via an add on my phone while browsing email. saw some items i liked and placed an order. I followed tracking (i live in the UK). However my product was never delivered. Everyone in the uk knows if the post office delivers something and you're not there, they leave a card and you can go to their delivery depot the next day to claim it. No card was left. I left specific instructions on the purchase order to call my mobile. no call was made. nothing. and yet the shipping says it was delivered. Dresslily has since apologiised for this incident and have provided me with a full refund which is gratefully appreciated. I am grateful for the customer service agents that followed this up. I regret that this had to happen as i really wanted the products i ordered. My advise is for Dresslily to use reputable delivery organisations particularly Royal Mail or Parcel Force (deliveries in the UK) and not somedumguy in a fiat panda that can fool the delivery system into claiming the delivery has been made.
