Nonexistant Customer Support
Poor customer support If you ordered and item and there was no issue you would probably be giving them 5 stars - have an issue - they are dreadful. Had a Bluetooth issue with a new phone - other than asking for stupid things like can you send a video of it not working (me holding a phone shouting "Hello" and not getting an answer) they were technically useless so phone returned for a refund. They then had the unmitigated gall to charge me 25% of the purchase price because it was no longer a "new" phone!!! so I was out of pocket £15 to return it and a further £25 for the pleasure of them sending me a faulty phone. There is honour, integrity and customer service - three terms TinyDeal have no concept or understanding of. I would recommend you avoid.
