Slow shipping but very helpful customer service.
This is m second review for Dresslily. My opinion for the clothes doesn't change. They are cute and the blouse I received was of a good quality. Thankfully I have chosen the right size and it fits very nicely. We had some issues with the delivery times though. They are extremely long and apparently even the items of the same order can be shipped separately. After a couple of emails and me being very upset, the issue was resolved. I need to admit that the Customer service is most helpful,polite and efficient and they arranged so I got refunded for the items I haven't received (which happened just hours after their email) and a voucher for my next order. As the quality of the product is very good, I will definitely shop again.
