Not ordering from here again. Waste of time and energy.
Pinky paradise is incredibly slow in processing, but i can say it is slightly faster in customer service (but only when they want to be). Annoyingly, they make you upload a prescription slip even to order *plano* lenses, and don't carry + prescriptions (not that I would want contacts for reading in the first place? that would be headache city). Not only this, but on top of it, the excuse for me not being allowed to order these lenses was that I did not have a doctor's note stating I could wear plano lenses. It was hell for me to even find my prescription slip in the first place. Nowhere was it stated when I was uploading my slip that I was needing *permission* to wear lenses I already know how to wear. I cannot make a trip to my eye doctor, and will not make a trip (time, gas, money, ect.), just so she can write that I can wear these. I knew I shouldn't have ordered from here, but at least I can make sure to order from a better company from now on (like uniqso, which has very similar prices). Edit: They agreeed to let it slide just this one time and went ahead with my order. Processing took another day and while it was processing, one of the people with Pinky Paradise asked me to remove this review. I wasn’t going to remove this review, but I was considering changing it. When I went to reply to the email the next day, I recieved ANOTHER email from them saying although I already paid for the lenses and although they had SAID on their website they were in stock, they couldn’t find any or something?? Which made Zero sense, and to pick another pair of lenses. So I replied to both emails (probably a little harshly, I was beyond annoyed) and I explained I was not going to delete the review or even change the rating now, and that I wanted a refund. They agreed to a refund, but this was about 2+ weeks ago and I haven’t seen anything about it going through yet.
