Worked for Me!
I've been following Jake on and off now for about 5 years and understand those people who have complained about the lack of structure of the free information, but hey it's free and if you're prepared to put in the time and research, you could benefit from his pearls of wisdom! Personally I can see that Jake has put a lot of time and research into the site and even though I've not practised his methods consistently, I've managed to reduce my myopic prescription from -8 to -6 over the course of the 5 years.

Yes it works, but you need to put the effort in.
I must admit that initially I was sceptical of Jake’s methods, however I took the plunge back in August 2018 and started to only wear my current prescription for driving. ( -6.75 R , -6.50 L) The rest of the time I used a reduced prescription of about 0.75 diopters in each eye. Currently I can now read down to the 20:20 line with my reduced prescription (in good light) and have finally got to grips with active focus. I know it is going to take time, but getting some positive results acts as a huge motivator for me. Thanks Jake and keep up the good work.
