Good resolution after a slow start
I purchased a Filterbaby 2.0 through Ulta Beauty and after a few months of normal use, the housing around the faucet connection cracked and started leaking. I initially had difficulty getting a response from customer service and had to follow up more than once. Once I connected with Ariel, the experience improved significantly. She was helpful and quickly arranged a replacement. I then received confirmation from the fulfillment team that the replacement part had shipped with tracking. I appreciate that Filterbaby ultimately stood behind the product and resolved the issue. I would have given 5 stars if the initial response from customer service had been quicker.
