Incompetent and untrustworthy
These guys are both devious and incompetent. They email you to tell you bike is shipped, then later,after incoherent shipping updates, that it wasn't and can't commit to when. They then cancelled my order without refunding me. Then they refund me at my request, but refuse to refund the shipping insurance for a bike they didn't ship. Then I notice they have transferred their UK stock to sell on the EU website (by their open admission) and out the price up by c€17O in doing so. Absolute cowboys and crooks in my opinion. I am reporting them via my credit card issuer to their card acquirer so as to try and protect others from their deviant practices.
