I have improved my vision
I have improved my vision! I have reduced my glasses prescription by 2 1/2 diopters and continue to improve. I went from -4 diopters to -1.5. I’ll be reducing again when the beautiful days of spring arrive. Endmyopia has all the information. You just have to read and learn what to do.
