AVOID AVOID, Don't bother, rubbish company And customer service, sent me the scooter which I bought beginning of August 2024 had a fault with front wheel so I sent it back in original packaging a week later, so only had a weeks wear! for a refund, we could not have refund because it had been used, not my fault there was a fault with it, they said they would fix waited over 4 weeks to have scooter returned at a cost to me as they would not cover postage, disgusting!, only to find they have sent me someone else's scooter and in worse condition, not even repacked in original box as I had sent it with styrophone, just loose. I contacted them to say this is not my scooter they said it is, if I'm not happy I should return it, but they will not refund or replace, so Im just to be out of pocket!! disgusting company, avoid like the plague, So I am now stuck with someone else's scooter in worse condion than my brand new one, I no it's not mine as I removed the front sticker and the wear on the rubber plate edges is so much more, there's scratches down the support arm and a deep scratch on the rubber mat. Mine was near perfect. Im so disappointed and feel violated and robbed, horrid people that can treat you this way. I'm only 14 and this is my first experience of an expensive purchase of buying online PLEASE AVOID company
