Clever dog camera door bell
I purchased the clever dog door bell camera as my dad has dementia. I already use a clever dog camera in my home, which is great. That's why I trusted that it would be as good. Initially it was great, no issues. It contacted me on my smart phone and I could see and speak to whoever was at my door. On my second time of recharging the lithium battery it lost all connection to WIFI. I contacted the company and all I got was an automatic email with instructions on how to reset it. These instructions did not apply to my model so attempted several emails later to no avail, replies as the first contact.....Very disappointed NO customer service
