Initial issue, now resolved.
Placed an order two days ago from their UK website for goods worth £150+. CC charged. No sign of goods being dispatched. No replies to email. Update: Had a response to this posting within 24 hrs. The communication wasn't the best, probably due to translation. I hadn't appreciated that they were shipping direct from China. Still, whilst the reporting could have neem better up to dispatch, it was fine afterwards & the FedEx service they was rather good. The packaging could have been better, but the contents all looks ok. So, happy to raise the review to a 4. Will report back on how the items perform in due course.
