Buyer beware.
I had a previous order from Rosegal. The item shipped from China so I knew it would take awhile for international shipping. Got the package in about 2-weeks. No real issues with the shipping, however, the product itself was substandard. Cute, but oh so cheap and really flimsy material. Buttons didn't match and popped off on the first wearing. I can't complain, you get what you pay for, and the items were for a costume. But really...they couldn't even match the buttons?! I ordered additional items from Rosegal on 11/27/17. Requested and payed for expedited shipping and was told that my items had shipped on 11/29/17. It's been almost a full month - no product has arrived and now I'm scrambling to find costume item replacements for our event next weekend. I can say that I am getting something from Rosegal out of this...a run-around. They state that it's DHL's issue, DHL states they don't have a package to ship. All I want is my money back, but suspect I'll never see that again either. So, buyer beware. Think long and hard before you give them your hard earned cash. OH - and dear Rosegal. Don't bother responding with your blanket statement you've given everyone else here since roughly the beginning of November. NOTE: This review has been changed from a one star to a three star rating. Still haven't received my last package, however, RoseGal finally refunded my money. Not only for the missing items, but for the previous order. I find this to be an acceptable solution. I won't be buying from them in the future as it took far too long to get to this resolution. I'm not sure that it would have been resolved had I not left poor reviews on every site I could find. If you choose to order from them, know that international shipping takes forever and plan accordingly.
