Professional, Helpful, Trustworthy.
I submitted four sites for Woon Lam to optimise, and due to the complexity of the websites, he was only able to speed up one of the websites. This is not something that could be helped on either side. As promised on his website, he refunded the fee for the websites that he couldn't help with. Despite this, I would not hesitate to use Woon's service again - he is professional, helpful and trustworthy.
