Missed out my order!
Placed an order for Christmas cards on 12 Dec via the website. I chose them as they have a 2 days processing time and I was confident that I can receive it in about 1 week, which will give me enough time to mail out the cards to our overseas friends. Emailed them on 15 Dec using the contact email given by paypal to find out the status of my order but received no reply. Gave them multiple calls but was always directed to the answering machine and could not get anybody to answer. Waited for the parcel but did not receive anything. Finally, after becoming very desperate and frustrated, I tried calling them again on 21 Dec, I spent about more than 5 calls and 15mins on the answering machine and suddenly somebody picked up the phone. I found out that they had missed out my order!!! I couldn't believe it. The lady said that she will send it in for printing and I should receive the parcel on Tuesday which is 26 Dec. I was extremely disappointed and I really regret choosing this company to print out my Christmas cards. Nonetheless, she asked me if I wanted a refund, which is obviously unacceptable. I could not get my cards printed anywhere ontime and I had promised to send out the cards to our overseas friends. So I had no choice but to wait for the cards to arrive after Christmas, and our friends can only receive them next year, which is an extremely horrific experience for me.
