Fender Customer Service Was Exceptional
I have always liked the look and idea of the Telecaster Troublemaker with humbuckers. But I didn't want to sink two grand into one. The Limited Edition Squire Troublemaker came out and at the price I decided to grab one. Even thinking it might be something I could do some upgrades to later. It was a web exclusive so I ordred it and when it got here on a Sunday it had taken a whack on one edge. I couldn't tell if it was from shipping but I immediately took photos and sent them into Fender. I followed up with a call and got a great rep who immediately pulled up what I had sent in. He told me David was working on it already and I should expect an email that day. I did. He confirmed they were replacing it and sending a FedEx label to send the busted one back. My new one went out the next day and it sounds and looks great. After reading a lot of comments on the quality of Squires these days I felt comfortable buying this. It is a sweet little guitar that plays and sounds great right out of the box. Fender really came through with excellent service on this.
