long time customer to Raise/GCX…
I am long time customer to Raise/GCX until today. I went to look for my normal gift card and now with a platform fee. What the hell is a platform fee? Why make an excuse to take savings away from the customer. You are already making a profit on the cards do you really need another 10% of the savings amount? With all the prices going up and a customer trying to save a little the nerve to take money away from the buyer. It may not seem like a lot to you but to the customer the savings keeps them coming back until now. I will purchase from other card sites going forward.
