I booked to go by train on 11/10/2026
I booked to go by train on 11/10/2026, with Baolao, from Padang Besar - Bangkok, return. They took the money, but Bangkok floods occured. So, i requested cancellation and refund. Yes, they did the refund, but, they never told me i will only get approx 20% of my money back if i proceed with refund. They processed my refund, and gave me a small amount back. Only then did i realise they only refund approx 20%. Should have told me first!! Not fair.
