First of all I DID NOT call Bedrock Legal-you called me! The lady I talked to was courteous and responsive to my requests and concerns relative to my program and payoff of the last 3 each creditors. Apparently, those have not even been negotiated and cannot be paid off by 03-31-2021. That is the end of my 48 month plan as agreed upon with Finance Solutions almost 4 years ago. At that time I didn't even know Bedrock Legal was in existence! Obviously, I am upset about this issue (among many) but she was nice in her responses.
