Unit immediately failed, support terrible
Unit immediately failed, product support wasted multiple cycles erroneously claiming they shipped inferior product, staff eventually shipped replacement part via freight that I’m going to have to install, personally, and that I’m not confident will actually fix the problem— since the unit failed immediately after updating firmware. Two weeks after my order I’m out a lot of money, extremely annoyed, have some kind of repair project to look forward to. Sales offered a $10 rebate off my next purchase as compensation.
