DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! The order will not arrive on time and the customer service is horrendous! I placed an order on 20th November. I was notified that it was dispatched on the 21st November with 7-11 business days delivery. This would mean that I would receive it on 6th December at the latest. This was acceptable as it would arrive on time for an event on the 14th December. However the order was received on 21st December which is one calendar month (22 days) after dispatch. I have no need of the items now as the event has passed. I contacted their customer services several times and was told that I could return the order at my own cost back to China even though it was delivered late by them. It was never specified on the website that the order would be shipped from China - if had known that I would never have placed the order. Dresslink refuse to take accountability for stating incorrect lead times and refuse my request to escalate to a higher manager.
