Support staff is super weird
09/04/2026 UPDATE: The staff assisted my to reopen my account. My cry was heard. Thanks! 07/04/2026: I have been using Offgamers for many years. Recently they deactivate my account. I tried to talk to support and they claim that I have multiple accounts without giving any type of support to me even though I only have one account. Ticket ID are 5296297 and 5308830. Support staff name is Julie Tan. I just want to make purchase in peace!
