Customer service is trying very hard to address the problems I have had with my orders, and they are very nice to me, respectful and patient even when I am not! ; ) ; (... I can imagine how many orders they have to deal with so this is probably a huge task. I think they have a great customer service team and I will come back to shop, the problems are usually size-related, if they can sort this out, then they will be very successful!
