Satisfied in the end but be aware of hidden costs
I have received the clothes in less than a week. I ordered 12 items. The size ordered was M for all of them, but although I will be able to wear them all, some fit more comfortably than others. They were tightly packed so I washed them at 30 degree C and nothing was damaged. They say not to tumble dry, which is not ideal in UK. It took a long time to iron them because the labels says you can only iron at low temperature. I am happy with the quality/price of these clothes. It is similar to what you get at primarks. Before receiving the parcel I had several message exchanges with their customer service regarding the tax I was asked to pay before delivery. I thought it was unfair as this was not made clear to me at the checkout. The small prints say that you may incur in import tax, but it doesn’t say they are sending the clothes from China and I used the UK website. They understood my frustration and refunded the tax cost. I was eventually happy with the outcome.
