Received Item but...
I’m adjusting my review... I left a very bad review and although the company has left a sour taste in my mouth let me recant... The order was easy to place, they take a while to process the order but once it’s complete they ship quickly. My biggest issue is that they offer 3-6 day shipping for $13 but still chose to ship snail mail (free shipping) which in my case was not an option and they offered no real solution except a $5 refund. When contacted they told me it should take 15-20 days to arrive but to my surprise I received it in 5 days! Although I’m very pleased I will have to give USPS the credit for fast service because it showed 1st class shipping not priority. I guess they got off their a** and got it done so great work USPS! Packaging is like others have reported which is very poor and I can see items easily getting damaged! Overall the product I received was accurate and works so I will leave a fair review.
