I have a business account with UOB
I have a business account with UOB. Myself being the main director and shareholder. Putting money into the account is easy. But when you want to take money out via remittance, UOB Malaysia makes it very difficult. Even after providing them with all supporting documents, they still rejected it without even informing me the status. I had to call my relationship manager to find out. It is as if they own the money and not my company. Biggest regret to open a business account with UOB Johor and my company is now planning to shift to other banks who are more customer friendly.
