I had an extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable experience during my recent visit. A staff member behaved in a hostile and aggressive manner toward me without any provocation. She followed me around the store, stared at me, and then began shouting insults. She called me several deeply offensive names, including derogatory remarks about my nationality and sexuality, and made personal threats toward me. The abuse continued even after I tried to remove myself from the situation. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of behaviour from a staff member. It left me feeling shaken, intimidated, and unsafe. I hope management takes this seriously, as this experience was absolutely disgraceful.
