Lost Missing Item
After having a bad experience with a courier. I informed Hidizs who chased up the courier regarding my delayed, discoverd that my package had been lost. The courier told me to get in contact with Hidizs as it was the policy between them regarding lost property. Hidizs gave full support through out and offered to replace my item. Which arrived this time, although still not happy with courier how it was delivered. Would recommend Hidizs for quality product and service.
