I spent $51 on a Google Play gift card and when I finally received the code, I tried inputting it on my Google Play account but unfortunately the code had an error so it couldn't go through. I immediately contacted support and sent 2 screenshots for proof. This whole issue is still under investigation and they will not refund me... I am still waiting for this mess to be resolved and it's very frustrating. This was my first time purchasing from OffGamers and I'm already having a bad experience-- that is if they either solve this issue or refund me if the issue cannot be fixed. It has been 4 days already. I'm still upset.
