Professional customer service; issue fixed and great product
There was an issue with the first product sent to me - I reached out to the team and they were professional and prompt. They replaced my order with no additional cost for reproduction and shipping. The team has been efficient in responding to my queries and just today, when I received the item, happy with the quality. 🙂
