I've had many issues purchasing the Amazon gift cards, verifying and having to contact customer support. I am glad, however, that the customer support responds very fast, however, the site is not worth the trouble I had to go through. I purchased two gift cards, and after a lot of hassle of waiting and contacting customer support, I got my codes. However, I wanted to purchase a second time, the website kept bugging out. Customer support told me to clear cookies, which I did, then I was able to make the payment this time. However, it was asking me again to contact them. After a while, they were demanding me to send document scans like id cards, censored credit card, utility bill, etc. I've never had an online store requesting so much personal information. They refunded the payment in the second purchase, but they still charged me the money of the processing fees. Customer support is responsive and patient, but purchasing is a real hassle, and requesting so much personal information is more trouble than it's worth. I was going to give it 5 stars if the second purchase would come through fine, but it didn't, and requesting those documents sort of triggered red flags, and I've also lost some money from that second purchase because of the charge fees which weren't completely refunded... +1 star for the first successful (although tedious) purchase +1 star for the customer support actually responding very quick -1 star for the money I've lost -1 star for not accepting my preferred payment method anymore unless I provided the documents with a lot of personal information -1 star requesting said documents I'm sorry, but I won't be purchasing from this store again.
