I ordered October 2017
I ordered October 2017, package disappeared after it left the bigger city an hour away after making it all the way over from the Netherlands according to the tracking info (after they finally gave me the right company and number to look up) in mid November, never to be seen or heard from again. I wrote and called and emailed vaporl, they would get back to me sometimes, accused me of trying to pull a fast one on them, and drug out my refund for months. They kept trying to tell me that it was my job to do all the leg work with usps for them, when usps told me that in international shipments its always on the shipper to deal with any issues. They kept contesting this with me, i waited on hold multiple times for hours with usps, got their case number (which vaporl had to actually call and get the investigation started to even have a case number created so i have no idea why they fought me on this for so long) then weeks go by, they don't return any emails or anything that i keep sending, i bug their Facebook messages, finally they get back to me and ask me for that case number again, i went off on them because at this point it had been 3 months since i ordered. Finally they tell me a couple days later that they will in fact be refunding me. That was over a week ago, and today i just got an email saying it might take 30 days for the money to be back in my account. So that's over 4 months that they have my money and I have nothing but regret and wasted time. I firmly believe they would have kept my money if i hadn't continuously made a big stink about it. So my advice is unless you consider buying anything from them as you donating your money for nothing and are okay with that, don't ever place an order from this terrible company.
