Ms Komal Gupta’s excellent service.
Ms. Komal Gupta helped me book my family travel from the US to India and back. I am traveling with my wife and my 92 year old mother-in-law. Because of my mother-in-law’s age we had to try a lot of different airline combinations and different dates. This resulted in us consulting with Komal over several days and sometimes several times a day. Komal was very patient with our back and forth and professionally answered all our questions. In the end we found a solution that worked for us and Komal won our business. We are very grateful for her professionalism and competence. Will definitely use her services again in the future.
