Terrible customer service, being passed from one person who doesn't answer your question to another who insults you.
I contacted customer service(service.uk@) regarding their Black Friday sale and received the following explanation from a representative: “According to the description, if you purchase items worth £100, you'll receive a £10 discount. For purchases of £200, there's a £20 discount, and if you buy items totaling £300, you'll get a £50 discount.” After noticing that the promotion wasn’t being applied, I reached out for further assistance. Each time, I was met with a different representative who either had no knowledge of the previous conversation or failed to fully understand the issue. Finally, after three different representatives acknowledged that the promotion should apply, I received this response from Caleb: “Please refer to the attachment on how to find our Terms & Conditions. This will ensure you do not experience this kind of confusion in the future.” The confusion, however, was not on my end. It stemmed from your team’s inability to accurately interpret your own Terms & Conditions, resulting in misinformation and unnecessary frustration for a potential customer.
