The product is above average. The customer service not helpful
The product is above average. My formula does not adjust for seasons as they said it would. The pumps for the cleanser are terrible!!! I have written in multiple times that the vacuum pump for such a thick product does not work. I spend more time banging and tapping to try to move the product to no avail. The customer service rep tells me to do the same thing, repeatedly, but it doesn't work, then they basically ignore my issue.
