Manager at Southern Coop, Taunton - Top Bloke!
Simon is the store manager at Southern Co-op in Norton Fitzwarren, Taunton. The store also houses the local Post Office I had an enquiry about a missing parcel which might, possibly, have inadvertently turned up in his store. I wrote to him with a series of questions and, as soon as he picked up my letter, he was on the phone to me. Half an hour later and we'd covered my missing parcel (still not found and nothing to do with him), the various carriers at our disposal, the demise of village and town Post Offices, online shopping habits, the future of Royal Mail - and many more topics besides, I'm sure! Simon is a thorough, professional, concerned, customer-focused manager and I imagine his loyal staff and customers would join with me in feeling very grateful for his service. Thank you, Simon, for all your efforts in helping me track down my lost parcel and in trying to help me receive some sort of recompense for my loss. Long may you reign!
