Horrible experience start to finish!
Everything about this company was unacceptable. The 3 items I ordered took 2 months and 2 days to arrive. There were no shipping or tracking updates. I did receive an email about one item that was out of stock, they did not ship the other 2 items separately for some reason. They would not allow a refund on the out of stock item, just kept sending an email asking me to pick from a limited number of options that could "ship in 24 hours". Once I picked a replacement it still took a few weeks to get it. The blouses are ugly! They look cheap. The embroidered once are slightly better looking but I doubt I will chose them from my closet, they just aren't pretty like in the pictures. Overall, a very bad experience. I would send them back but all the reviews say that is a terrible hassle too so I am just chocking it up to a bad decision on my part that I didn't take the time to research this company before ordering from them.
