Confusing communication
The actual shipment of the order (number SMUS2024444947) happened in a satisfactory way. The communications about the shipment were confusing. While waiting for the shipment, thinking everything was in order, I received this message: "This automated message is to remind you that we're looking for your response on the ." This told me nothing. Somehow the transaction was completed in spite of poor and confusing communications.
