Lamentable site à fuir mensonge assuré et assumé
Je voulais commander un mi 11 8/128Go. Après la commande du 11/01/2021 la fameuse Jessica m'informe que cette version n'est plus en stock. Je décide donc de prendre le model 8/256Go. Celle-ci m'informe que la commande a été expédiée (13.01.2021) et qu'un numéro de suivi me serait remis ultérieurement. Après plusieurs jours d'attente et de relance cette même femme m'informe que le colis sera expédié le 18.01.2021. Pendant tout ce temps Jessica m'avait confirmé l'expédition du colis. C'est donc mensonge sur mensonge. A ce jour une annulation serait en cours avec remboursement sous deux jours. Si je n'ai pas de rebroussement j'ouvrirai un litige avec Paypal ! This informs me that the order has been shipped (13.01.2021) and that a tracking number will be given to me later. After several days of waiting and relaunching this same woman informs me that the package will be shipped on January 18, 2021. During all this time Jessica had confirmed to me the shipment of the package. So it's lie after lie. To date a cancellation would be in progress with reimbursement within two days. If I do not have a reversal I will open a dispute with Paypal!
