In the current climate, you'd think a company where you part with a sizeable amount of money, would treat you fairly, have integrity or at least have the item advertised in stock.. Here's my account. I made a resolution on PayPal due to the following: Phone was purchased on 19th October 2020 - 19th Oct- I emailed Giztop asking when will be shipped? 20th Oct - 'Jessica' replied it would be processed from EU warehouse on 21st. 21st Oct - I emailed saying I have read bad reviews regarding items not being received. 21st Oct - Jessica responded saying it was OK the reviews were because of a delay to products in EU warehouse and not to worry. 21st Oct- I emailed to say when will the phone be shipped. 22nd Oct - response FROM Jessica saying phone will be processed in 2 days which I found odd as that would be a 'Saturday' I was also told to be more patient. 23rd Oct - Jessica emailed me to say that the phone I ordered was out of stock and will be back in EU on 3rd Nov. So my options were to wait or have a black phone and 30 dollar back. 23rd Oct - I responded that perhaps I could have a case too. 23rd Oct - Yes I could have a gift of a case but not from EU from China and that the EU warehouse is now closed for weekend. My order would be processed after weekend. 23rd Oct - I said how could you have processed my original order on a Saturday if it is closed weekends? I then asked if I agree to a different phone, a case and money back when will my phone be processed? After the weekend could mean anytime. I'd like a guarantee of when as I'd I needed to open a dispute (with PayPal) I want some assurances. I did not get a response. I have therefore informed PayPal that. 1. The order was not processed in 24 hours as per your website. 2. You told me on two occasions it would be processed and never was (and to be more patient) 3. My phone is out of stock. You sold a phone that was never in stock despite your website saying it was. So if you want to buy a phone that they don't stock, to be fobbed off for a phone you don't want but become so desperate you contemplate taking anything they have, be told to be patient even tho you have paid hard earned money. To not get a phone even processed in the time they state. Then please order from this company.... While I've had a refund this is only on paper.. It hasn't actually reached my account yet!!!
