Excellent product, does what it says on the tin.
The company emailed me and said that the x7 model was out of stock, it would have been a couple of weeks at least, the company went out of it way to help and offered me the P7 PRO within 12hrs. This was above and beyond absolutely fabulous service. As said the Pro 7 came the next day. The hoover itself is easy to use nice and light, powerful, different speeds and looks good as well. Customer service department in contact all the time. Thankyou Ian Stanworth.
