Unsafe and Poor product longevity
I bought a sofa from the sofastore that had detachable arm rests a few years ago for £999. However the the arm rests are now completely coming apart. Not only that but anyone leaning on it can quite easily fall off because the fastener isn't robust enough making it unsafe. I mentioned the safety issue to sofastore a while back but not had any progress on it. I have another sofa from another store which has remained in fantastic condition for over a decade.
