Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, do not go near them. Poor quality faulty products, dangerous electrics, not as described on their website and unwilling to resolve. Don`t listen to any of their so called "concerns" and offers to help. They will just keep offering partial refunds/ money off which does not come close to satisfying the issues with dangerous and defective products. Eventually they will just tell you to return the products to the shipping destination - China , and remind you it needs to be insured and the shipping is at customers own cost. I purchased two items which were defective, poor quality and not as described to a total of around £ 550 , to return to China by freight with suitable insurance would have cost in excess of £ 480. They know this situation and play on it to the full , do not buy from them and fall in the same trap I did.
