Initial failure to respond- eventual response & I accepted their offer
I needed to return a phone case for a refund. I had no response after I emailed them multiple times (using the provided email & using their online form). Eventually, after I posted a 1 star on Trustpilot for the total failure to reply, I got a response. They offered a 50% refund and to keep the case. I accepted that and they provided the refund quickly. I have increased the initial rating. It's worth keeping in mind that although online purchases made int the UK are subject to the UK "distance selling act" (which gives 2 weeks to return an item for a refund), the seller may choose to charge return costs - which to China could be more than the item.
