Had my umidigi power 5 about 2 weeks and it constantly restarts itself sometimes every 2 minutes. A lot of apps don't work properly they often auto close meaning I have to restart the phone. Have emailed customer support a few times and got no reply. Had a lot of phones from Chinese manufacturers never had a problem until my first umidigi phone. Edit - i filled out that form twice and emailed marketing also Reply - I didn't get ticket number I filled out the form and didn't hear anything back, twice. Reply 2 Well it said it had been submitted, not sure what else I could have done? I'll happily change my review if I manage to get a solution but twice I submitted a form on your website, it told me it had been submitted but did not get a reply. I'll try again.
