Used intensively for 7 years... then broke and PD respond present to warranty it!
I ordered early 2019 a 20L everyday backpack. I loved the construction, the comfort, the practicality and aesthetics. I couldn't care less it was designed for photographs, I used it daily to go on the field (oil and gas platforms), on offices and traveling around the world... fast forward, 2026, 7 years of use, it shows some wear signs on the pads on the lower-back, but expected with the usage, but broke the laptop zipper. PeakDesign warranty process has been perfect and now use the V2 version with the same pleasure I had with the V1.
