Horrible Customer Service
Bought a drain inspection camera. Price was good and shipping pretty quick. Had an issue with the cable and was willing to pay for a new one. The customer service is horrible. 15 plus emails back and forth. They kept saying they were on vacation and try again in a week. I will never buy from them again and warn anyone, be cautious bc it is very frustrating to deal with this joke of a company. They couldn’t care less about helping you, once they have your money. They will disappoint if you have an issue with anything you buy.
