Can believe This company is having fun with people’s money!!!
Can’t believe I decided to order a dress from when quality was not good at all and the top part of the dress was way too short. I decided to return the item and started the return policy, I asked them for refund and in every e-mail they kept saying “if you still need a refund” well yes this is was I’m returning!!! When the dress arrived I saw the address that it arrived from was from West London, I leave east London but still I have been harged 25,00£ just for delivery while the package was delivered by ryal mail and cost them 4,40£ end of the story. Customer pays to return the item so 4,40£ more added to the cost of this dress, good enough I was expecting to pay that money. When the return came they just refunded the price of the dress without the 25£ delivery cost even if in their website there is written that the customer does pay a restocking fee of 20€ for the free shipping item, but I did actually pay the delivery whne I bought it!!!! They send me back a link that states that edressit can charge for restocking fee, I would like to understand on what criterias they can do that. Sending rubbish quality dresses to get them returned and earn money on it, in the meantime I payed 30£ extra for nothing!!! That’s 3 hours of hard work!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!!
