No bad experiences so far. The seem to ship a bit slower I think that is depending on the postal company they use And sometimes it takes quite long for them to ship the goods Customer services could be a lot better

No bad experience,
No bad experiences, I made the mistake to order something in pre-order and the ETA date kept on shifting forwards It took 2 months to ship but I think that was up to the supplier that kept delaying the release. Customer services has always responded to my enquiries
