Had the growatt system installed less than 2 weeks ago. only seem to get a connection once now and then - and it seems like a quick snapshot pushed to the server rather than real data - the animated screen (on PC or phone) does not ever change with PV import or actual use. All the data seems to be pushed through China so maybe Growatt need to update their locations and have a server farm in the UK? Most of the time I cant access the servers though so have no idea how my system is performing - and this is one thing that pushed me towards Growatt as I do need to see if my investment is paying back. Come on Growatt - get your broken servers fixed!
